Ms. Kennedy is the Business Development Manager of The Lancaster Group, LLC as well as a registered nurse, with over 17 years of experience. Prior to becoming a member of The Lancaster Group, LLC, Ms. Kennedy served as a Corporate Nurse for a Louisiana-based nursing facility chain where she focused on employee performance improvement development and in clearing DHH survey deficiencies and managing and monitoring ongoing compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and licensure requirements.
Her extensive experience in the healthcare field, including that as a DHH surveyor, is now concentrated in assisting management in identifying poor performance and implementing programs that enhance the value of provider staff, to themselves, to their patients and to the provider, resulting in improved outcomes.
